The residence is few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Boboli gardens, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery and S.Frediano Church.
Residenza il Carmine is located in a beautiful 17th century Florentine Palace. It is next to the home of Filippo Lippi and the Church of Carmine. Inside the Church is the Brancacci Chapel, with frescoes by Masolino, Masaccio and Filippino Lippi. It is a neighborhood of narrow streets with artisan workshops and home style restaurants (trattorie) where even today one can feel a strong bond with ancient Florence.
The apartments are located on the ground floor. They are well furnished and particularly warm, pleasant and comfortable. They have a kitchenette, indipendent heating, telephone, satellite tv and a safe. The apartments facing the garden have air conditioning. |

Payment: The reservation is confirmed after payment of an account of 30% of the amout of the rent. When your reservation is confirmed you will receive a voucher (E-mail confirmation or fax confirmation).
You will pay the entire amount ot the rent at the arrive. The security deposit is due upon the nanding over of the keys. We accept credit card (VISA - MASTERCARD) for the payment. You can also pay with traveler's checks or transfer the money on our bank account.
We regret, we cannot accept any domestic animals. |
